Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE:GBLC) has announced management changes with its chairman Andrew Ryu acting as interim CEO following the departure of Christian Scovenna. The company also named Jamie Hyland as the Operations Vice President

Ryu to lead Graph Blockchain’s turnaround

Ryu said that he chose to take the opportunity as interim CEO to protect the interest of its shareholder and create value. He said that in recent times the company had had a series of management changes, but unfortunately there has been little building of the company. Ryu said that they plan to build the eCommerce market play and boost revenue. He thanked the decision of Hyland to join the company and turn Graph Blockchain around.

Director Paul Haber said that Ryu and Hyland’s appointment brings positive leadership change to the company. He added that he was optimistic that they would stabilize the company and steer it into the right path.

Graph Blockchain appoints new CFO

Recently the company appointed Don Shim as its Chief Financial Officer. Don is a new addition to the executive leadership of Graph blockchain and brings almost 20 years’ experience in financial control and accounting as well as a combination of public and private companies in different sectors. Some of the industries Don has worked in include financial services, resource and cannabis. He will replace Fiona Fitzmaurice who resigned from her position as new CFO. Don will work to ensure the company’s financial health through strategic planning and management of finances.

The company has also terminated the previously announced Letter of intent for the acquisition of Third Eye Corp. Graph Blockchain opted out of the acquisition as it focuses on a narrow eCommerce business strategy for a marketplace for psychedelic and ancillary products sale.
