Hollister Biosciences Inc. (OTCMKTS:HSTRF) has announced a distribution agreement with Allied Corp (OTCMKTS:ALID). According to the deal, Allied Corp’s Tactical Relief™ branded products will be available in Hollister’s 280 licensed dispensaries throughout California. Hollister generated revenue of more than $40 million between January and December 2020 thanks to its extensive distribution network.

Hollister brings Tactical Relief™ branded products to veterans in California

Allied contributed the veteran bran, logos, artwork, packaging design, and marketing of the Tactical Relief™ products. On the other hand, Hollister has completes all the production and procurement of materials. Allied will support marketing and branding with reliable veteran representation.

Calum Hughes, Allied Corp’s CEO, said that they are delighted to partner with Hollister to deliver their innovative and differentiated Tactical relief™ product line to customers in Hollister’s network. He added that Hollister has a proven record of delivering successful products to the market. Hughes pointed out that Tactical Relief™ products’ market potential in California and Arizona where Hollister distributes is considerable. He added that they expect to build a robust recurring revenue pipeline together with Hollister.

Tactical Relief™ is a flagship brand from Allied for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) which is a condition mostly affecting veterans. The brand focuses on licensing, development, and marketing of lifestyle products for those experiencing traumatic brain injury and PTSD symptoms. Most importantly the focus of Tactical Relief™ brand products is veterans and first responders. Hollister’s CEO and Founder, Carl Saling said that they are delighted to launch Tactical Relief™ to first responders, veterans, and other individuals suffering from PTSD.

HashBone brand receives Trademark approval in California

Recently Hollister announced the receipt of trademark approval for its Hashbone brand in California. Hollister is the creator of the most has-infused pre-roll HashBone in the state of California. California’s Stated Secretary approved the HashBone brand trademark application. Hollister CEO stated that they are delighted to receive the trademark for the HashBone brand in California. Saling added that the trademark approval further solidifies the brand as the company seeks to expand across the US.
