Medical solutions company specializing on using novel and natural products with an emphasis on psychedelics to treat mental illnesses Champignon Brands Inc. (CSE: SHRF) (OTCQB: SHRMF) announced changing its name to Braxia Scientific Corp. (BRAX)
The company says it made this change to reflect the integration of psychedelics clinics and ketamine. This name change was also done to reflect research and development activities made by the company in psychedelics and drug development activities.
Chief Executive Officer of the company Roger McIntyre, said following the name change, the ticker symbol of the company in Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) will also change from ‘SHRF’ to ‘BRAX’.
“Our new name Braxia Scientific allows us to emphasize our core business objective around changing the way depression and other mental disorders are treated through our growing network of clinics. Our goal is to improve the access and quality of mental healthcare service to people affected by these disorders in a highly cost-effective manner. Braxia Scientific also aims to develop innovative ketamine and psychedelic drug formulations to provide high impact solutions for the future,” added the CEO.
