(CSE: HAVN) (OTCMKTS: HAVLF) announced that Rick Brar, the vice chair of the company’s board of directors has departed the company.
This announcement was made by the company’s chairman of board, Mr. Vic Neufeld, who appreciated the services of Mr. Brar on behalf of the entire company further wishing him well and success in his future endeavors.
“Mr. Brar has been instrumental in helping HAVN Life navigate the psychedelic sector as a start-up company in a nascent industry. We recognize the time commitments he has with his involvement in other businesses and truly appreciate his efforts and participation in our journey,” said the company’s CEO, Tim Moore.
Nonetheless, the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) is yet to review and approve or disapprove this announcement as it is a regulatory procedure.
