The webcast will take place virtually on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, starting at 9:00 AM PST. Harris Bricken attorney Griffen Thorne (Los Angeles) will chair the program, accompanied by Vince Sliwoski (Portland), also from Harris Bricken’s psychedelic group. These two attorneys will host the panel entitled “Federal Law Overview”.
This well-rounded program will provide an overview of the future of psychedelics and emerging drug therapies, including psilocybin, ketamine infusion clinics, MDMA and other psychedelic substances. Other panelists include:
- California State Senator Scott Wiener, sponsor of proposed legislation that would decriminalize psychedelics in California;
- Matthew Johnson, Endowed Professor of Psychedelics & Consciousness Research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine; and
- Dr. Rachel Knox, M.D. and Dr. Jesse K. Uehling, Ph.D. from the Oregon Psilocybin Advisory Board; and
