Harris Bricken lawyers Vince Sliwoski and Mason Marks will present with Jesse Sweet of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) on the Oregon psilocybin program, on September 23. The panel presentation will be moderated by Alex Berger of Emerge Law Group. This is an in-person event at Canon Beach, Oregon, with remote access available.
Jesse Sweet is the primary drafter of the OHA administrative rules, which will be under consideration by Rules Advisory Committees at the time of the presentation. Jesse will discuss OHA timelines and process. Vince Sliwoski and Mason Marks will discuss the OHA’s proposed rules, including important considerations for lawyers in the Oregon psilocybin industry.
